friday...always cheer me up...hee..means near to weekend and can play!! these days great weather to sleep in but can't seem to be able to enjoy it...had a challenge with hong hui today in OM lecture...the one who falls asleep in lecture first (usually we will jus fall asleep together or he wakes and i sleep or i wake and he sleeps) will treat the other chocolate croissant for HH or fishballs for me and i lost...oopps...too tired these days..as i said not able to zzz in the nice weather..hai.. went to go donate blood with sherlene but found out i can't for 3 years. hai...cos i took medication for malaria last year when i went kinabalu. then the doc suggested i donate plasma instead but in order to donate plasma i need to donate a big packet and if i donate a big packet i need a big fat blood vein to supply it. hai.. the doc tried very hard but jus can't find a big fat vein on me so sad...so he said he jus lost a blood donor for 3 years...so sad...hai...sherlene who went with me also can't donate...din bring her IC or shld i say she lost her IC and she has definitely FAT veins man. so evident maybe becos she's fairer than me...so sad...wasted trip down... anyway then proceed to orchard to watch movie but b4 tat got to buy nalgene bottles for em to give her bro in australia tmr. so went to cineleisure and guess wat...we saw a huge crowd there.. think there's gonna be some big personality appearance or smth..then heard them play songs somewhat like SHE's... then told sherlene...dun tell me it's autograph session by SHE...oh man i was spot on...hahaha...the crowd was huge and getting bigger any minute...not bad sia..SHE...squeezed my way through and got wat em wans...then we got to shaw house when we bought tix to see MYSTIC RIVER.. left onli front 2 rows...no choice but to take it cos they dun have our second choice BIG FISH... sit until neck a bit pain then lido seats a bit hard hard one...not exactly my fav cinema..hee...my fav cinema is PS or century square. watched it with sherlene and sharon my finance tut mate. nice girl who looks like fish leong aka liang jing ru. anyway MYSTIC RIVER is a fantastic show man... it was not the plot, not the scenary but the actors who were the highlight of the show. i would definitely say TIM ROBBINS stole the show... and he really deserve tat golden man called oscar...well Sean Penn wasn't too bad too although he failed my expectations..perhaps we went in with too high an expectation for the year's best leading man. however, sherlene keeps insisting that he's so sexy, charismatic and charming...hai..well dun deny tat but got to say his entrance was impressive but standard not sustained...esp towards ending..shall not spoil the movie for u but go see if u have time plus money...got to give thumbs up for clint eastwood to coax such performances from 2 of today's best actors ard...but my admiration goes to tim robbins who can direct, act and has a fantanstic wife called Susan Sarandon...hhahaa...multi talented and lucky man... after tat sharon went home and sherlene and i proceeded to HMV...wanted to get the nora jones cd for so long already...so got it...haven got to listen to it yet, so will review and share when i do.. anyway tmr still got letter writing test better go man...hee..exciting day up ahead with sentosa with cang and gang and bringing my sis ard NUS...so take care...wan an...
