hey guys sorry kept u waiting for long... anyway lotsa things to say so bear with me...and give me time to upgrade my html skills... stupid uncle chim wanna teach me for the sake of his send-ck-to-nepal-fund. but think i'll go to my sophy dear who selflessly offered to teach me no strings attached. thanx girl!!

anyway let's start with tuesday...well generally think marketing people are ok though we tend to be aggressive sometimes. but tuesday's asian marketing class was an eye-opener...my first tutorial in NUS that nearly broke out into a cat fight. hai...well for every class we have two teams presenting for the case study of the week after the tutor finished her lecture. well, there was this team of yr 3s this week doing case on Godiva (u know the fantanstic chocolates that are damn expensive). i thought they did pretty well becos they had lotsa graphics and stuff. but content-wise maybe could be improved upon but personally feel that the guidelines given for this case were rather vague lah. then their whole team's stand is a little contradicting cos everybody says different things when questioned by the tutor. after tat the second group presented, the basic format of the case was entirely different from the previous group's one so there were quite a lot of commotion and questions raised. however the situation tensed up when this yr 3 guy from the first group directed a question asking how the tutor felt abt the case like which group's better and stuff...and when the tutor said there's no right or wrong answer, he wasn't satisfied with the answer and insist to know how the tutor felt abt the second grp's answer...well...it was until a point i guess our tutor was quite shaken and she jus changed to another topic showing us how to approach the questions. then tat guy again asked for a reply to his previous question, adding that he has not learnt anything from her in this class. hai...several students tried to "save" the tutor but i guess tat guy was seriously disappointed..personally felt that that guy was really unreasonable loh. hai..where got ppl like tat one? esp a yr 3 marketing major. anyway found out tat actually behind this was some accumulated unhappiness of tat yr 3 grp and they obviously felt that the tutor was biased against them favouring the second group. hai...but well this incident was really an eye-opener to me, cos never seen such intense open conflict in classes b4. guess the tutor wasn't really ready enough to handle the situation. hopefully my team's presentation will go well...struck a peace deal with the other grp presentating with us already. hope that all goes well next tues...

Wednesday
Opened booth with Carol and Clarence. got a lift from carol's fren Dennis. seriously a very very nice guy...charming eyes, smile, drives a toyota....and newly single. hahaha set up booth with me when clarence gave carol a lift to lessons. well he signed up for tree climbing and my ophir trip..hahha...more to see of him. hai... met him first during last year's odac bazaar when he was our first customer who bought a handpainted piggy bank..hhaha...couldn't understand why carol was so mesmerised by him at first but now i know..hahha...seriously a total mr nice...hahha...okok shan't sound too hua chi...scar-ly being teased abt like jun bin...tat stupid wee wee.

oh ya this reminds me, well there are also nice guys ard... esp want to biao yang somebody... hai... ah hong....shi ge hao nan hai..dunnoe why wanna say...guys like ah hong and dennis quite hard to find...tat's why showing my appreciation..hahaha....u better treat me better hong hong....

heee..went karaoke with rob, zhaoyong, thengliang, jian yong and zhuzhu dropped by a while...hahha...enjoyed myself although i know i still have half a term paper due the next day left to pia after the singing. hahah feel very brotherly..happened to be the only girl left in the OG...one off to michigan, the other at NTU. we sang lotsa andy lau...hai...too bad tody(zhiwei) who says that he looks like tony but sings like andy fell sick otherwise we'll be even more entertained...hahha...anyway towards the end became more like a mini bon jovi concert shiok..hahah although singing with these "elder" brothers...guess...i know most of the songs..very comfortable with them..hahha..well we seldom go out together or even lunch with everyone..hard with timetables all over the place...but i'm glad i found them...hahha..crazy bunch of ppl too... will sometimes jus drive ard jus to eat..hee...e.g. we went for tim sum at red star near chin swee rd. we live to eat man...

thursday
heee..today was a pretty nice day...was on time finally for my finance lecture...but din do tutorials for OM and finance, cos was pia-ing OM term paper. Dr Chen Renbao my finance lecturer whom we affectionately call "ah-bao", not to his face of cos. he is a cheena man with an american accent. his "southern" is thousand and "legative" is negative. but he's very nice...in the sense he'll make sure u understand wat he's trying to say "ok?", "Sorry, do i confuse you?" and always relate his stuff to real life examples...i bet he plays with stocks a lot. although he's not the good looking kind like my finance tutor Dr JOhn Sequira (we call him John, he looks a bit like the CNA presenter who got convicted for molest), he's the weird weird cute cute kind...hahha...today he still yaya say that he has 2 PhDs and i'm seriously impressed. kinda missed him during tutorials cos ah bao took over john when john went to serve the nation for 2 weeks (although rob insists that he's serving his sentence for the molest case)..hai..keep telling myself and sherlene that ah bao is our "fling" for 2 weeks..musn't get too emtionally-attached to him hai...now we still miss him every tutorial although john is good too has "hao ren"written all over his face.
went for sushi buffet with sophy, cheryl, chun keat, weilun and my sis. b4 tat, smth exciting happened again..hai...do my life have to be so eventful? hahha...oopps... well met sophy and cheryl when they were helping this old man get to simei. he says he jus done a operation so he can't take the MRT cos it's air-con...but there was no bus from orchard to simei so sophy suggested take to bedok then change..then he mumbered smth abt got a shuttle bus...anyway this uncle seems to have difficulty walking and he says he has trouble breathing...we can't simply leave him like tat... will feel very very very bad one...we tried to get help for him but we dunnoe where and how...so we decided to call the neighbourhood police post..anyway after several phone calls, finally got the orchard police post no... the uncle kinda scolded us for calling the police but we seriously dunnoe wat to do. his knee was bandaged and he wasn't walking properly. so police came after 15 mins..(dunnoe whether considered fast or not)..asked chun keat and weilun to tail him cos think we kinda condemned by the uncle already..hai...so the police came..2 cars..and 4 officers...the most senior rank is a girl..damn seh..told her wat happened, left my details then left already...dunnoe wat happened to uncle in the end but hopefully he reached home..he said he lives alone..hai...wondered how many elderly lives alone nowadays..was talking to sophy whose responsibility is it to take care of them..hai...kinda sad...but well guess tat brings in the baby problem...okok there's no end to this so shall end here today..thanx for reading til here..wan an and take care...
