heee....oopps... late for blogging again
oopps... wednesday morning and i'm still blogging abt sunday. anyway i'm still not the worst. Chee kong haven been blogging like ages already. was thinking whether the whole blogging phenomenon is over but well jus hope i can continue.. read vin's blog... i mean sometimes blog like a window to somebody's thoughts. not meant to be intrusive but jus thoughts they wanna share. hai.. talked to him abt it. realised actually we can do some things together...
anyway back to sunday
after work, met siang, then met zhu, david and zhi long for dinner. hahhaa.like double date but feeling very nice.jus hang loh.hahaha.ate kenny rogers then went to pac coffee for red sofa. hai.felt a bit bad cos the rest of the race comm reccee-ing and meeting. hai.. oops.i'll compensate hahaha.
monday
hung with cang and carol. hahaha.nice catching up with him cos he jus came back from europe.hahah he was telling us abt europe and we were telling him abt china. then we shopped ard a little.then on impulse, i decided to get my ears pierced.hai.walked into bits and pieces in wisma, same shop i walked into the last time at tampines mall. actually it din hurt as bad as the last time. got light blue studs which cang and i uniamnously chose. went to taka to grab some food. then we procceeded to HMV. finally bought michael buble. in the mood for some sexy male vocals singing jazz man. anyway it's not too bad lah though some of the songs really very cabarat.
then came home for dinner with mama and papa. long time never sit down with them to eat. ate at swensen's at funan.
on the way home got a call from robin. so got dragged back to orchard to get zhaoyong's pressie with zhiwei and rob. got him a men's fragrance set, cologne, after shave and shower gel. quite reasonable price. shared by 8 of us. then went to play pool with the 2 working class. both of them on internship. one with citibank and one with ocbc. haha.. dunnoe why though the internship like 2 months, like suddenly a bit distant from them like tat, cos i'm travelling and them working. they are really so tired. hai.. think rob really can't do a 9 to 5 job lah. they are like stressed, overworked and everything. hope i dun end up like tat next time when i go out and work. haha.. both of them quite glad tat the stint is ending in 2 weeks' time. anyway i lost terribly at pool lah. sometimes i'm really jus lucky loh. haha.. looking forward to wed dinner with all the gang plus sherlene to celebrate zy's bday man. haven seen them since the start of the hols b4 i went japan. =)
tuesday
went to hougang to swim with cang early man. we met at 8.30am cos i dun wanna be late to bring papa to SATA for a threamill test for his heart. haha.. oh man.. cang is like the best swimming partner man. he swam non stop freestyle all the way. i really worked out trying to catch up with him. i was alternately free and breast. though we onli swam 20 laps, my thighs are feeling the strain for once. hahaha. had brunch at kovan. wantan mee very nice. cang is alone these 2 weeks at home cos his mama and papa went to LSE to attend his sis's graduation ceremony. so hope i can pei him more. haha.. although he has his household chores to think abt.
took papa to SATA. i fell asleep waiting after finished reading last week's 8 days. think papa shld be ok lah. but still need to take the report back to dr goh, our fam doc to analyse for him. was drizzling when we came home. 5th aunt was going home so i offered her a ride home to eunos. haha.. then my mama hop on the wagon and made me run some errands for her. haha.. 5th aunt was like i think u go home and sleep lah dun need to give me the ride. haha but think i haven given her a ride for some time. anyway i still had time to my 4pm appointment with jianyong so gave her a ride. quite nice to be listening to norah jones and driving in the rain. nice feeling.. hahha.. but think i a bit reckless lah.. speeding a bit.. keep need to jam brake. oopps.. but well arrived home and papa's fren gave us 2 baskets of durians.. my goodness stuffed ourselves silly loh. kept 2 for chun but she said all watery one so in the end she din eat any. haha.. hai tmr still eating durian with rob and gang.
took a nap then met jianyong. he's with prudential now. so he was like anaylsing my financial needs etc. hahaha. told him i wanna retire at 50. he wanna retire at 40 loh!! anyway ya was like a financial awareness session. start investing early. hope to help him too lah. so think i'll take over my own insurance policies from mama soon since i'm like 21 soon. then see if i have extra money (hai.. work harder at mac?) to make my money work for me? anyway think it really made me think of my future lah. but well i know wat i wanna do pretty sure jus maybe investing climate not in me yet lah. think my biz frens really know wat they doing huh. then wat am i doing? hai..
after tat had dinner with mama at funan. met up with the laken guy with yee li for prizes of the race. quite cute another BBA grad. amazing to know laken bottles handled by 2 ppl onli. hai.. he majored in finance, interned in a logistics company and now he's doing marketing. haha.. versatile man. anyway hope partnership with him dun jus end here, i personally like him very much although it's a short meeting. oh ya he's yee-ky's mentoring fren.
met vin and fang ting at suntec. hahaha.. vin looked very nice in the green op shirt...
caught spidey 2 with carol, cherling, meiyen and their fren wendy. nice show but i feel kinda cheesy at the end.. hahaha.. then had pei chun to supper at victoria street. actually it's her dinner. poor thing. then we walked home... hai.. her job huh.. stressing her man.. end so late some more.
okok got to run sophy waiting for me already.. tata..
