i'm officially lazy....
haha.. so much for a declaration.
work is settling although still hectic, trying to find time for everyone.
met kenneth today, my MD. i guess meeting him really keep us in perspective, taking a big picture to the company. maybe i'm still stuck in the company's ops centered culture. when other trainees mentioned a shorter time in ops, i almost laughed aloud. i think the other trainees hate me. haha well from 7 last month to 5 this month, dunno how many of them or maybe me too will last. haha.. alright let wat kenneth said be my motivation ba.
Personal leadership, people leadership, thought leadership. =)
currently reading managing difficult people : a survival guide for handling any employee.
hope i dun take until next year to finish this book.
